Section 116. Execution of orders.

Execution of orders.—(1) Any sum the payment of which has been directed by an order of the Tahsildar or other authority shall be recoverable from the persons ordered to pay as an arrear of land revenue. (2) An order of the Tahsildar or other authority awarding possession or restoring the possession or use of any land shall be executed in the same manner as an order passed by a revenue officer under the 2[Karnataka]2 Land Revenue Act, 1964.]1
