121. Orders in appeal.—(1) The 1[x x x]1 2[x x x]2 3[Karnataka Appellate Tribunal]3 4[or the Assistant Commissioner]4 in appeal may confirm, modify or rescind the order in appeal or its execution or may pass such other order as may seem legal and just in accordance with the provisions of this Act. (2) The orders of the 1[x x x]1 2[x x x]2 3[Karnataka Appellate Tribunal]3 in appeal shall be executed in the same manner provided for the execution of orders 1[x x x]1 under section 116.
