Section 68. Vesting of land surrendered by owner.

68. Vesting of land surrendered by owner.—Where the land surrendered under section 67 is by an owner (other than a limited owner), the State Government may take over such land 1[on the service of the order under section 67]1 and such land shall thereupon vest in the State Government free from all encumbrances.
