Section 174. Deposit by purchaser of immoveable property.

174. Deposit by purchaser of immoveable property.—In all cases of sale of immoveable property, the party declared to be the purchaser shall be required to deposit immediately 1[fifteen percent]1 of the amount of his bid, and the balance within fifteen days from the date of the sale.
