21. Seals.— The State Government shall, by notification, specify the Revenue Officers, who shall use a seal and prescribe the size and description of the seal to be used by such officers.1[Any misuse of seal or use of a fraudulent seal shall be a punishable offence under the Act and any other law in force.]1
