Section 12. Inspection of lifts.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Karnataka Lifts, Escalators and Passenger Conveyors Act, 2012 (Karnataka Act 9 of 2013), s.25; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
12. Inspection of lifts.- Every lift shall be inspected at least once in three months by an officer authorised in this behalf by the Government. An annual fee of rupees 1[one hundred]1 shall be charged for such inspection and such fee shall include the charges for the inspection of the motor.
