Section 19. Protection for acts done in good faith.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Karnataka Lifts, Escalators and Passenger Conveyors Act, 2012 (Karnataka Act 9 of 2013), s.25; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
19. Protection for acts done in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against any officer for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done by or under this Act.
