5. Conveyances for Ministers.- (1) The State Government may provide a suitable motor car for the use of each Minister.
(2) There shall be paid to each Minister a conveyance allowance 1[equal to the cost of 4[3[2[Two thousand litres]2]3]4 of petrol]1 per mensem.
