Section 246. Licensing of public privies.

246. Licensing of public privies.- (1) The Commissioner may license for any period not exceeding one year the provision and maintenance of privies for public use. (2) No person shall keep a public privy without a licence under sub-section (1). (3) Every licensee of a public privy shall maintain it in clean and proper order.
