Section 64. Members and officers to be public servants.

64. Members and officers to be public servants.- Every member and every officer and other employee of the Authority shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 2 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 45 of 2023).
