Section 20. Power to amend Schedule.

20. Power to amend Schedule.- (1) The General Council may, with the prior approval of the 1[visitor]1 and the State Government, by notification amend either prospectively or retrospectively, the Schedule. (2) A copy of every notification made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before each House of the State Legislature, as soon as may be, after it is made.
