Section 15. Appeal from order under section 14.

15. Appeal from order under section 14.- (1) Any person aggrieved by any order of the Council made under section 14 may, within ninety days from the date on which such order is served, appeal against such order to the State Government. (2) The order of the State Government on any such appeal shall be final.
