Section 21. Subsequent Development Works.

21. Subsequent Development Works.- After execution of the development plan under section 20, the Authority may, from time to time, make and take up any new additional development schemes, out of its own or borrowed financial resources or philthronipic support or CSR or funds from the State or Central Government after obtaining clear approval from the Government.
