32. Repeal and Savings.- (1) The Karnataka Platform Based Gig Workers (Social Security and Welfare) Ordinance, 2025 (Karnataka Ordinance No. 04 of 2025) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or deemed to have been done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken under the Karnataka Platform Based Gig Workers (Social Security and Welfare) Ordinance, 2025 (Karnataka Ordinance No. 04 of 2025) shall be deemed to have been done under this Act.
