Section 11. Preservation of trees.

11. Preservation of trees.- Subject to the provisions of section 12, it shall be the duty of the owner or occupier of the land who is required by an order under sections 8, 9 or 10 to plant a tree or trees to ensure that they grow property and are well prescribed.
