Section 1. Short title and commencement. THE KARNATAKA PROVISIONAL COLLECTION OF TAXES ACT, 1974

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Provisional Collection of Taxes Act, 1974.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
