Section 1. Short title and commencement. THE KARNATAKA REPEALING AND AMENDING (REGIONAL LAWS) ACT, 2009

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Repealing and Amending (Regional Laws) Act, 2009.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
