Section 64. Prosecution and trial of offences.

64. Prosecution and trial of offences.- (1) No prosecution for any offence punishable under this Act shall be instituted except with the previous sanction of the prescribed authority. (2) No court inferior to that of a magistrate of the first class shall try any offence punishable under this Act.
