THE KARNATAKA SOUHARDA SAHAKARI ACT, 1997

34. Furnishing Information.- 2[Within six months from the close of the cooperative year, every cooperative shall furnish the following returns and information to the Registrar and the Federal cooperative]2 1[and in the case of Co-operative Bank also to the Reserve Bank]1 namely:- 1[(a) annual report of the activities for the preceding cooperative year and the programme for the ensuing cooperative year]1 (b) audited 1[financial statements]1 (c) plan for disposal of surplus as approved by the general body; (d) list of directors and their terms of office; (e) list of amendments to the bye-laws of the Co-operative; and (f) declaration regarding the date of conducting the general body meeting and elections, if any. 2[(g) any information required by the Registrar and the Federal cooperative under the provision of this Act]2
