Section 53B. Disqualification of Directors.

Disqualification of Directors.- If federal Co-operative fails to function in accordance with Act, Rules the Registrar may disqualify the persons who are responsible for the failure, after due inquiry and giving reasonable opportunity. Provided, if vacuum situation is created in section 38A shall apply mutatis-mutandis.]1
