Section 70. Power to remove difficulties.

Power to remove difficulties.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by notification and after publication in the Official Gazette, make such provisions 1[or clarification if any]1 as appear to it to be necessary or expedient to remove the difficulty.
