24. Authorities of the University.- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (i) The Board of Governors; (ii) The Board of Managements; (iii) The Academic Council; (iv) The Finance Committee; (v) The Research and Innovation Council; (vi) The Faculties / Schools, and (vii) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the Authorities of the University.
