Section 10. Regulation of deputation.

This Act was repealed on 28 August 2020 by the Karnataka State Civil Services (Regulation of transfer of staff of Department of Technical Education) (Repeal) Act, 2020 (Karnataka Act 42 of 2020), s.2; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
10. Regulation of deputation.- In unavoidable circumstances where deputation or from one Office, College or Institution of the Department of Technical Education to another Office, College or Institution of the Department of Technical Education becomes absolutely necessary , then such deputation of teaching or non- teaching staff shall be made within the same zone.
