Section 22. Staff.

22. Staff.- (1) The Authority may, with prior approval of the State Government, appoint such officers and staff as it deems necessary for the discharge of its functions under this Act. (2) The designation, method of appointment and other conditions of service of the staff shall be such, as may be prescribed.
