Section 40. Regulations.

40. Regulations.- The authority may make regulations with the prior approval of the State Government in respect of the procedure to be adopted by the Authority and the District Road Safety Committee for meetings and disposal of matters coming up before the authority or the District Road Safety Committee, as the case may be.
