Section 1. Short title and commencement. THE KARNATAKA SUGARCANE (REGULATION OF PURCHASE AND SUPPLY) ACT, 2013

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Karnataka Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and supply) Act, 2013.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
