Section 4A. Declaration of Additional Sugarcane Price of Sugarcane.

1[4A. Declaration of Additional Sugarcane Price of Sugarcane.- (1) The Commissioner for Cane Development and Director of sugar on the decision of the Board may, by notification, declare the additional sugarcane price over and above Fair and Remunerative Price of Sugarcane for the year. (2) Every Order issued under sub-section (1) shall be laid before both Houses of State Legislature.
