Annual Reports.- (1) Every Planning Authority shall prepare for every year a report of its activities under this Act during that year and submit the report to the State Government and the Board in such form on or before such date as may be prescribed. (2) Every such report of the Planning Authority shall be laid before each House of the State Legislature, as soon as may be, after it is received by the Government".]1]2
