Section 23. Heads of Divisions.
THE KARNATAKA VETERINARY, ANIMAL AND FISHERIES SCIENCES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2004
23. Heads of Divisions.- (1) There shall be the following Heads of Divisions, namely::- 1. Head of Animal Sciences Division. 2. Head of Dairy Sciences Division, 3. Head of Veterinary Sciences Division, 4. Head of Poultry Sciences Division. 5. Head of Fisheries Sciences Division, (2) The Heads of Divisions shall be whole time officers and technically trained in the subject concerned and shall be responsible to the Dean and the respective Directors and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions in respect of the Division concerned as may be prescribed. (3) The salary and allowances payable to and other conditions of service of, the Heads of Divisions shall be such as may be prescribed.
