Section 12. Superannuation, welfare and other funds.

12. Superannuation, welfare and other funds.—Where a superannuation, welfare or other fund has been established for the benefit of the employees whose services stand transferred to the Government or the Corporation 20[or the Federation or a worker’s cooperative society or an institution] under this Act, the cashew factory, by which such employees were employed, shall distribute the amount due to each employee as if the employee had superannuated, or his services with the cashew factory had terminated, on the day immediately preceding such date as may be specified by the Government in this behalf.
