Section 4. The University.

4. The University.—(1) The Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor and the members of the Syndicate, the Senate and the Academic Council; for the time being, shall constitute a body corporate by the name of the Cochin University of Science and Technology. (2) The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall sue and be sued by the said name.
