Section 44. Protection of acts and Proceedings of the Syndicate, Senate, Academic Council, etc.

44. Protection of acts and Proceedings of the Syndicate, Senate, Academic Council, etc.- (1) No act or proceedings of the Syndicate, the Senate, the Academic Council or any other body constituted under this Act or the Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations or Rules made thereunder shall be invalid merely by reason of any vacancy existing in the body performing the act or passing the proceedings. (2) The Registrar shall forward to the Government copies or the proceedings at a meeting of the Syndicate and the Academic Council within two months of such meeting.
