Section 14. Action against Secretary of the Society/Chief Executive.

14. Action against Secretary of the Society/Chief Executive.—Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the Board may take action against the Secretary of the Society/Chief Executive concerned, if the contribution of the society and the Milma and the Regional Union under section 7 has not been paid to the Fund.
