Section 21. Directions by the Government.

21. Directions by the Government.—(1) Government may give general directions to the Board to be followed by the Board. (2) In the exercise of the powers and the performance of its duties under this Act the Board shall not depart from any general direction issued under sub-section(1), except with the previous permission of the Government.
