Section 18. Appointment of staff of society.

18. Appointment of staff of society.— (1) A society may appoint such number of officers and other employees as may be necessary for carrying out its functions under this Act. (2) The conditions of appointment and service and scales of pay of the officers and servants referred to in sub-section (1) shall be such as may be prescribed.
