Section 8. Management of Societies.

8. Management of Societies.—Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, the final authority of a society shall vest in the general body of its members: Provided that nothing contained in this section shall affect the exercise by the committee of the powers conferred on it by this Act or the rules made thereunder.
