Section 10. Indemnity. THE KERALA GRANTS AND LEASES (MODIFICATION OF RIGHTS) ACT, 1980

10. Indemnity.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the Collector or any other person for anything which is, in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rules made thereunder.
