Section 2. Definitions. THE KERALA HOME GUARDS ACT, 1960
Act no. 16 of 1960 1960 In force Kerala (State Act)
2. Definitions.— In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—
(a) "Home Guard" means a person who is appointed as a Home Guard under this Act;
(b) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
