12. Directors of Board etc. to be public servants.—Every Director of the Board, the Fund Manager and other officers and members of the staff of the Board appointed under sub-section (1) of section 10 shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act 45 of 1860).
