Section 5. Term of office of Directors.

5. Term of office of Directors.—(1) A Director appointed under sub-section (3) of section 4 shall hold office during the pleasure of the Government. (2) Any Director may resign his membership by giving notice in writing to the Government but shall continue in office until his resignation is accepted by the Government.
