Section 29. Power to recover damages. The Kerala Jewellery Workers' Welfare Fund Act, 2009

29. Power to recover damages.—Where any person makes default in the payment of any contribution to the Fund under this Act or the Scheme or Rule, the Board may recover from him the arrear amount with 18 per cent interest.
