This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Koodalmanickam Devaswom Act, 2005 (2 of 2007), s.39(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13 Administration report.—(1) The Committee shall annually submit to the Government a report on the administration of the affairs of the Devaswom at such time as the Government may prescribe, and such report shall be forthwith published by the Committee in the prescribed manner (2) The report prepared and published under sub-section (1) shall, as soon as possible, be laid before the Legislative Assemby.
