This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Kerala Repealing and Saving Act, 2022 (12 of 2022), Schedule No. 25; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
2. Permanent re-enactment of Madras Act VIII of 1946 :—The Madras Elementary Education (Amendment) Act, 1946 , is hereby re-enacted permanently without any modification.
