Section 3. Amendment of certain enactments.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Kerala Repealing and Saving Act, 2022 (12 of 2022), Schedule No. 27; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
3. Amendment of certain enactments.—(1) The enactments specified in the Second Schedule are hereby amended to the extent and in the manner mentioned in the fourth column thereof. (2) The amendment to the Madras Shops and Establishments Act, 1947 (Madras Act XXXVI of 1947), specified in the Second Schedule shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April 1951.
