6. Application for permission.—(1) Every application for permission under section 4 or section 5 shall be in such form and shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed and shall be made to the authorized officer. (2) The procedure to be followed by the authorized officer in granting or refusing permission under section 4 or section 5 shall be such as may be prescribed.
