24. Provision regarding house or building rendered unfit for human dwelling by nuisances.—Where a house or other building is, in the opinion of the Local Public Health Officer, unfit for human dwelling by reason of nuisance which persists therein, she shall prohibit the use of such house or building for human dwelling until it is made fit for human dwelling.
