72. Protection of actions done in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Public Health Officer or any officer acted as authorised by her or the Public Health Committee or the Members or Secretary of the Committee for anything done or intended to be done in good faith in respect of any matter as per the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
