Section 3. Authorised officers.

This Act was repealed on 18 June 1983 by the Kerala Preservation of Trees Act, 1986 (35 of 1986), s.26(1); that Act is deemed in force from 18 June 1983 by its s.1(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
3. Authorised officers.—The Government may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint such officers as they think fit to be authorised officers for the purposes of this Act and may assign to them such local limits as they think fit.
