Section 21. Bar of jurisdiction of civil courts.

This Act was repealed on 24 January 1986 by the Kerala Restriction on Transfer by and Restoration of Lands to Scheduled Tribes Act, 1999 (12 of 1999), s.22(1); that Act is deemed in force from 24 January 1986 by its s.1(3); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
21. Bar of jurisdiction of civil courts.—No civil court shall have jurisdiction to settle, decide or deal with any question or to determine any matter which is, by or under this Act, required to be settled, decided or dealt with or to be determined by the competent authority or the Revenue Divisional Officer.
