This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Kerala Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence in Professional Education) Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), s.20; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Act may be called the Kerala Self Financing Professional Colleges (Prohibition of Capitation Fees and Procedure for Admission and Fixation of Fees) Act, 2004. (2) It shall come into force at once.
